Floppy comb?

Game pullet Rowan's comb has gotten rather large and recently flopped over. I've heard this is a sign of them being unhappy, any thoughts? Could this be because my Cochin has buddied up with Rowan's duck friend Quacks? I'll post pics when she goes to roost.

Some of my hens have fat and folded combs and they are happy and healthy.
