Floppy, or Pinched comb,

Hi,
So four of my bird have floppy or pinched combs. (A few others do too, but they are not as bad.) Is this genetic? Will it transfer to my chicks? Can it be corrected? Thank you, Standard.

I have a 5 month old Barred Rock hen with this "comb over" issue. She is the largest of my birds and I don't know if I need to do something differently. Anyone have suggestions?
