Their molts are just about done. Some are fully feathered again. The remaining lot are about 85% re-feathered. Still, lots of pale, floppy combs and I average, at best, an egg a day from 9/11 hens. Two might not be fully mature yet, dunno but they weren't laying when everyone else stopped, in any case.

Is there anything I can do to return everyone to robust egg-laying health and hormonal vigor? I know I'm working against the low light levels but 9/11 hens have to do better than an egg a day even in the winter.

If you’re feeding a quality feed, have ample water available at al times, and have checked for any parasites, I’d say it’ll just take some more time.
Molt is extremely hard work and it’s tough on them. I’ve had a couple go through a hard molt and didn’t lay agin for at least a couple months. My leghorn took three months to fully recover from hers last winter.
