FLORIDA!!!!!ALWAYS SUNNY SIDE UP!!!

Update...I was able to find a 10X12 wooden greenhouse frame for free today! It will make a perfect run for my girls, AND, when I told the woman what I was using it for she agreed to hold it for me until this weekend so I don't have to pay someone to pick it up

Also, I posted on a local farming facebook page that I was looking for other materials and someone responded offering free bricks, 2X4's and 2X6's, all I have to do it pull the nails and haul it:-)

Awesome... when you get ready to add hens let me know and i will donate some hatching eggs... it is too far to deliver chicks though :(

So Sorry! A friend of mines pony was attacked recently. Poor guy lost an ear and a good portion of his nose, she ended up with a huge vet bill. Unfortunately nothing was done to the owners, animal control even returned the dogs to them. She worries constantly about her kids and animals now.
Yeah Florida is weird on animal laws, if a dog attacks a dog or cat it is "dangerous" but if it attacks horses, goats, chickens etc it is not dangerous. Personally I feel if a dog attacks anything that isnt a threat to itself or the owner it is dangerous

Cool! I was thinking that would be such an awesome thing for the kids to see. BTW, love your user name, I grew up close to you, Key West. My best childhood memories are catching lobster with my dad.

I agree. The dogs that attacked the pony, Tom, were also pits that were chained to trees all their lives and not loved by their owner. I have a doberman puppy that just turned a year old. She is the most loving dog I have ever owned, she comes to work with me every day and gets tons of loving from all of my customers and employees. My uncle had 2 dobermans that were vicious, I guess it is all in how the animals are raised.

Umm i used to catch alot of them, they called me Lobster Lady LOL!!! but i quit after a few years for environmental reasons.. Used to lobster at TeaTable bridge and also channel 2 and channel 5. I think they have stopped people going in the channels now.. and I also dive a rebreather now, i believe it is illegal to take lobster or spearfish on a rebreather.. These days i dive in the north florida caves and stay away from the oceans... there is nothing inside the cave that wants to eat you

I am the opposite, the caves scare the heck out of me. I'm OK in the ocean as long as I have my bang stick. Thankfully I have never had a shark be anything other than curious, including bulls and tigers.
