FLORIDA!!!!!ALWAYS SUNNY SIDE UP!!!

Does anyone know of a vet in the st augustine area that might accept payments my buddy had his daughters little dog bitten up by someone's big dog couple days ago and said there's a lot of swelling and stuff coming out the wound it sounds like a infection but haven't seen it they don't have a lot of money for the vet but im afraid they need one badly
The owner of the other dog should be paying for the injuries.

I'm not sure in St. Augustine, but the Humane Society in Jacksonville has a vet clinic, pretty sure they accept payment plans. Even if they can't get the dog there, they would be a good resource to find someone closer.

once you get the vet to see them, you can get them to write the antibiotics prescription to go to publix, publix will fill it for free. At least they used to...

Hello everyone, I am new here from Palm Bay, FL. Have a quick question, can anyone tell me what is a good breed of dual use chicks that are high yield layers with a good disposition? Any information would be helpful. Thank you in advance.

Hello and welcome. I'm just down the road in West Melbourne. I don't know anything about meat chickens as I don't have any but wanted to say hello.

Hello everyone! Just joined BYC! I new to this and I have a question. I got 2 golden sex links from a feed store and they are about 3-4 weeks old now. I'm told to keep them inside until they are 8 weeks old, but I live in Orlando Florida. It's about 50's at night, and 80's during the day. Does the 8 week rule still apply here in Florida?

I move mine outside at 5 wks but I know others that move them out earlier. Just have to be extra cautious with babies as they are easy prey for many predators.
