FLORIDA!!!!!ALWAYS SUNNY SIDE UP!!!

FOUND Young White HEN! NEEDS A HOME! - South Florida, East Hollywood
A young chicken (6-8 weeks/ Leghorn- guessing here) showed up at our doorstep just this Saturday. We are trying to find her a home with a chicken pet lover. Someone who will keep her only as a pet or layer. She is a great chicken. Very sweet and super smart. We are willing to drive and meet you if you will give her a good home. Please send me a private message if you or someone you know is interested in helping this sweet chicken. Thank you!

Hi! A young chicken (6-8 weeks- this is a guess) showed up at our doorstep (in East Hollywood, FL) just this Saturday. We are trying to find her a home with a chicken pet lover. Someone who will keep as a pet or layer but not for meat. She is a great chicken. Very sweet and super smart. But we don't know anything about raising chickens and our city does not allow keeping chickens- else we would keep her. So we need to find her a home. Do you know anyone who can take on a pet/layer chicken?

Thank you!

Just a suggestion. If there are any feed stores in your area, maybe they can take her and her owner may show up there. Where we live there is a feed store down the road and they take birds and have cages and pens set up so they can put birds brought in into either a pen or cage. Don't know your area.

I'd love to have both the australorp and leghorn chick. I'm way up in Yulee north of Jacksonville though :(

Thanks for the advice. City ordinances for my city and the three adjacent cities do not allow chickens. We do not have a feeder store near by. We drove across a few cities to get her chicken food but the place was a warehouse and did not have any livestock.

I welcome any suggestions. Just need to find this sweet girl a home. Thanks!

Anyone interested in a CCLB roo...had a small hatch from June 23 and don't need the boy. He has had his Marek's vaccine. $20. I am in the Ocala area.

I love your coop! Im glad to see another person in the area interested in Cream Legbars.Where did you get your eggs? Im toying with getting some Rees chicks.

Hi, horsedirt! I bought several pullets and a young roo up in Lakeland this spring. The lady said original stock from Greenfire (isn't most of it?).
Thanks for the coop compliment!
