Live Oak is less expensive and Lake City is bigger. I was born in Lake City. So, it depends on what you are looking for. I live on 43 acres.

Live Oak area would be cheaper but look at both. If you don't need to be in the city limits think about five acres.

No I have not. I don't do facebook. I will look at Lake city Buy Sell. I have sold a number of incubator on ebay and craigslist but though someone on BYC may want a great little incubator.
