FLORIDA!!!!!ALWAYS SUNNY SIDE UP!!!

Anyone in the area want a free leghorn cockerel? Hes a month old and I already caught him trying crow

I also have a birchen Cochin bantam cockerel, 2 months old and a Black Copper Marans cockere, same age. The black copper is missing one claw on each of his feet. I don't know if that is genetics or malformation, so I am not keeping him for breeding. The Cochin appears to be developing nice coloring, body and wing type, no word on his tail yet

You miight consider taking them to the swap in Dunnellon this Saturday if you are close??

Ahhh, I know I have been debating going all week. I am like 40 minutes away, and if I didn't have plans to go to inglis that evening I woulmt hesitate. I have quail to sell too, but I don't know if I have enough birds to make it worth while.

I really want to go through!!

If anyone is going, I will make a deal with them. I am looking for breeding stock black (or specifically black frizzled) LF or Bantam Cochins. If there are any there, if they would call me, I may giv them a few bucks for the call :D

Luckily I live just 15 minutes away from the Dunnellon TSC. I have the Citrus Stampede Rodeo in Inverness Saturday evening that our 4-H Foundation is hosting. But I still plan on attending the swap. Depends on how tuckered out I get from Friday nights performance. I'm in charge of all of the 4-H volunteers (54) and I hope they all show up!

I have a ~3 month old Olive Egger cockerel and ~2 month old black mottled Bantam Cochin cockerel that we are going to bring and try to find homes for. We hatched the Cochin from eggs we got from BYC'er WestKnollAmy and the olive eggers came from the swap Sept. 8th. My son is keeping the pair of blue mottled Cochins that hatched to show in the County Fair.
DH says that if the cockerels go, I can bring home another hen/pullet
