FLORIDA!!!!!ALWAYS SUNNY SIDE UP!!!

I want to snoop...please let me know if you have pic of your Florida (hot weather coops) in your BYC pages, I've looked around for a while now (some very nice ones, specially an Ace frame I've seen), but the more ideas I get the better...feel free to PM me, no need to over crowd this thread :o) Thanks in advance.

Hi !!! Terri here from North Port Florida. Looking for pure bred silkies. Please add me to your Florida list !!! And I am looking for a Splash, calico and a buff prue bred silkie pullets. No roos I am in town and the neighbors may not love chickens like I do .

(((psssst......its Floridian, not Floridan))))))

Oops - if you're talking about the aquifer, it really is the Floridan Aquifer. Not sure about the Egg-quifer, though! (Hi, halo!)

Hi I am from Myakka city Fla, which is right next to Sarasota ( so I guess that would be central fla) but more towards the west coast :o)

Okay, Florida folks, I am going to plan on having a Tampa Bay chicken swap on November the 6th. How does that sound? It will just be in my back yard, but it is a good sized (1/2 acre) back yard and there is some shade, and I have several sun umbrellas I can set around. Hopefully it won't be so hot by then. We had talked on this thread a little while ago about making it an educational event for the politicians involved in legalizing chicken owning in the unincoorporated Pinellas county area. I can't remember the person that is taking up that fight, so if you are reading this please PM me and we will get the word out. I will go back through this thread and find them if I don't hear from them, but if anyone else is intersted, too, let me know. Once I have more details I will put it on the Florida swap thread. Save the date till then!

Yes ,yes yes yes to the Tampa swap !!! And please someone bring some silkies.
Terri from North Port
