On another note...... I BOUGHT EGGS! Fertile ones. Bette Davis or whatever her name is Black Copper Maran eggs. Just 6. I'm going to stick them under my pathetic "pancake zombie" as someone on another thread called the broody. She's been sitting pretty all day! Good for her. I'm a feminist, & I believe woman should get to choose whether they want to be working girls, or mothers, housewives, stay at home moms, whatever you wanna call it.

I'm just happy she decided she wants to be a stay at home mom like me!

ps- we make a ton of sacrifices so i can stay home. BUT ... unfortunately, i know many families can't have the sahm or housewife option & i think that really sucks. stupid economy.

Unfortunately, I think you're right. It seems like senseless persecution, plain and simple, to go after a lady with four little bantams! She has a big lot, too - it's not like she had them in a condo, although I think even that could be done. What's the difference between having a small flock of chickens and having a couple cages of large parrots? I love parrots too, but they can be really noisy and messy, and they are not restricted anywhere. Dianne and her daughter deserve to move somewhere they can live in peace.
