X 2. It's just now reached the point where I don't need rubber boots to reach my next boxes.

We were going to have a yard sale last weekend but it was too wet for cars to park off the drive. Rescheduled for this weekend and guess what..... stupid rain.

Well bad news old plastic tub bator gave out on me & eggs will be here tomorrow so I was in a rush to get me another bator running and set for eggs when they get here. So I had an old mini fridge outside and I went to work on it cutting & wiring like a mad man & it took me 2 hours to get it ready for eggs tomorrow. Now I'm setting thermostat and getting temps ready. Wafer thermostat & 2 60 watt light bulbs & now it's ready for the eggs.Didn't have time to cut window out & silicon it so I left that alone cause it wouldn't be dry in time.So in 4 hours got it ready temp, humidity and all ready.Took alot of breaks while building to think what I'm gonna do next. Things you can do when in a rush not to loose money.I never knew I could do it in so little time. But 2 dozen eggs arriving tomorrow.

Thank You jess, But This fridge bator is so touchy on temp that it cycles so fast & keeping right on 99.7 But Thank You very much! Did you contact them people about chicks? I've had tons of calls on them today only 3 left.

I forwarded the info.. They aren't ready just yet but they want Silkies when the coop is ready. Don't want little babies but slightly older so they don't need a heat lamp etc
