I've observed the same behavior in humans....

I think I got a silkie that is gonna sit for the whole duration of the hatch.Because she has been sitting without getting off eggs for 2 days straight. Now I can dismantle my incubator or sell it.Well one problem,She can't sit on 42 eggs at once which the incubator can hatch 42 at a time.Got me a new camera and it's wired or wireless but don't know how to set it up to view or have others view it on internet. It also has audio.I got it for one reason to view incubator eggs in progress of hatching with audio.Been messing with the settings on it but still can't seem to figure out how to let others view it on the web.So if anyone would be kind enough to help me out with it I would be very thankful. It's indentical to a foscam.

I was told by anderson8505 to get over here and introduce myself right quick! I'm a long-time lurker and (hopefully) crazy chicken-mama soon.

My family and I live in Wesley Chapel on a comfy 2 acres. We have all this space and all these idle hands (6 kids, 1 in the works) to work with, so we've been dying to get our (feathered) flock started. The plan was to do it last spring but a sudden family development had us back in Colorado for a month... which ate our coop-building funds up.

Here is hoping we can get it going this year!

That stated - does anyone know what the local ordinances for my area (Pasco County) are? I'm great with Google'in but I am coming up blank here.
