I put a cap full in his food with some water so it isn't overpowering. I also started putting some in their water because now we have a puppy and my poodle likes to eat her food. LOL.......... So far the puppy doesn't have any fleas either ....

I have literally tried everything since my husky got fleas 4 years ago (when we moved to FL), I have not heard about using ACV. How do you use it, just put some in their food or use it on their fur? Thanks!

Good morning ladies! *and gents lol

Just checking in. I gotta say I love my turken, he seems to be the smartest in the group. My frizzle is second smartest, and my EE roo seems to be the flightiest/scattered. My copper maran seems to be the most laid back, outside of the silkies.

Is it normal to have a silkie that seems "depressed" after being held? She will kinda freeze up for about 10 minutes. Also, when I let my chicks "free range" last night for about 20 minutes, that same silkie stayed by herself, while the rest of the flock stayed together scratching and pecking. She just seemed to keep her head pulled in a lot with her shoulders hunched up, and walked around slowly. But then she will perk up and walk normally. It's almost like she is broody?

Yeah a friend of a friend offered a trio for free.. So I took one Her coloring looks a LOT more like a roo but we have found out that hatchery girls have bad coloring issues

Hi Nava, I get between 12- 17, I know not a lot. But 12 or so of the ones I have are for freezer camp. And some are still young. And I have 8+ that just hang out, they are older Ameracanas that were given to me, maybe 1 to 2 eggs a week out of them. But they are really great at bug patrol and teaching the young ones what to do and where to go.
