Is anyone bringing any Bantam Silkie Chicks to the swap? I am very interested in acquiring 4-6 in preferably white but will consider other colors. Please PM me if you are bringing any and provide details as to color, sex, date of hatch, and cost.

I will be attending, but not selling nuthin.

Perhaps buyin' though! I am especially interested in heritage/old/critical breeds like the WFBS. Also, I would love to talk to someone about how to start kids showing at the fairs. I teach at a middle school with an agriculture program. The ag teacher is into sheep, afraid of chickens! So, I want to support FFA with some chickens if the kids are interested. I think it would be cheaper than buying sheep for some kids that can't afford it. (some kids also show rabbits).
