I thought it would be handy to have a place to post any ads for rehoming situations, so you can see everything available in one place. If you know of anyone who is rehoming feel free to tag them here! Please try to not clutter it up with unnecessary things! Please PM if interested in something. If you need some advice on rehoming, I have some tips here. I hope this will help animals in need of new homes find them! If this is not your state, look for it here!

Please read the rules for this forum here before posting!

13-week-old Rhode Island Red rooster named Edith needs rehoming because he started crowing and our area doesn't allow roosters. We got him from the local feed store at 4 days old, we socialized him, can be handled, responses to his name, friendly, and jumps on my lap and allows me to pet him. He also has minimal experience dealing with hawks (They fly overhead and stalk on the powerline). We can take Edith to you or meet up somewhere.

Hello! I have a 5-month old Buff Orpington rooster in need of a new home. He's a beaut, raised and socialized with our mixed-age group of hens, and ready to join a new flock. Please message me if interested! I'm in NE Tallahassee, also convenient to Thomasville, GA and points nearby.

Cleatus is cute as a button and loves the ladies. He tidbits, dances, warns, and protects but has become human aggressive. He is small at around 3.5lbs. looks like he might be a turken and silkie mix. Feathered feet with 5 toes and a naked neck. Such a pretty boy.

We only have 4 pullets and not enough room for a bigger flock and weren't prepared for a hormonal cockerel/rooster. Were advised by a family member that we needed a rooster to protect the flock and help with egg production but later found out that it is not the case.

I really want him to have a chance in a bigger flock or with someone who is better equipped to own Cleatus. I love the guy and my daughter and I want to give him a chance to live if at all possible.

He was fine with us for a couple months until there was work done to better secure the run and he may have been scared by that change and the noises.
