Fantastic distractions. I've spent all day in the dirt and I'm now getting ready to go take family portraits of a client It's just so wonderfully beautiful outside today.

I'm stuck at work on this beautiful day

I recieved one pkg of squares, but don't know who from yet, won't know till I get off work tomorrow, Gary just said there was a box.

Hope the photo session goes well, I really am not good at people photography, I've dabbled w/ babies and that is fun and I got some great shots of them (mostly neices and nephews) but no one and I mean no one in my family likes or even tolerates having thier pic taken so don't get much practice. A flower patiently waits for me to find just the right angle and light for the perfect shot, w/o rolling thier eyes or heaving heavy sighs etc..... lol

Your welcome. Yesterday was a beautiful day here (and today) I had intended to do some yard/garden work but had worked an extra 1/2 shift so when I got home really didn't feel much like working so I went on a "walk about" in my yard w/ the cameral instead.

Yes, you absolutely can friend me on FB, I have tons more pics there of everything, even some of my kids shots, but they are burried in large family albums. I think I have a link to my FB in my signature line here on BYC.

Alethea yours are the first squares to make it here. They are so bright and "springy" with those pretty yellows and greens.

Finished my first set last night. Have one of my second set done and a few centers that I whipped up to break things up a bit. Will have the second set done in a few days. Then it's back to baby afghan, sweater and big afghan.

The wedding plans are done so now it's just sit and wait time.
