Fluffed up duck?

My almost 7 week old buff Orpington randomly started being very loud and all of the sudden was all fluffed up. This is the second time he has done this and he always runs into one of his ponds and then cleans himself for a long time. After about ten minutes he is fine again. He is eating, drinking, and moving well. Does anyone have any clue on what’s happening?

I didn't see that he was only seven weeks ,probably not displaying mating behavior...

To the OP, could you post a video next time he does it?
