Fluid in Air Cell

That's called "shadowing" the duckling is moving into position before it internally pip's, you should expect that to happen in 12-24 hours, if the duckling hasn't internal pipped yet do not do the safety hole. Just get back to me after it has. :)

You are fine, I lockdown around this time, the duckling should be out of the shell in two-four days.
 
Often times if there is fluid in the air cell it could be from having the humidity too high during incubation. That is sometimes when the chicks/ducklings are fully formed but don't hatch because when they internally pip, they can drown. The hole you put in should help.
 
That was an issue we had earlyer on, so we've dropped the humidity to around 30% the past few days
