Fluid in lungs

I have a hen that has a sour crop. She keeps her mouth open and when she breath she makes gurguling sounds. Is there any way to get the fluid out? PLEASE HELP

Also i think some of the fluid is from the sour crop and some maybe from me trying to force feed her some water. She has now stopped gurgruling . Hopeing for the best!
