I'm finishing up a hatch of 15 eggs, 12 of them hatched themselves perfectly find, one pipped and then didn't do anything more than peep for a long time and when checked, I found he was shrink wrapped. I moistened the membrane and verrrry carefully unzipped his shell and he was able to break the membrane and extract himself. However, he has a fluid filled sack over his right eye. I'm wondering if there is anything I should do regarding the sack, I expected it to pop when he bumped it around the incubator but it seems fairly resilient. Any tips?

Update, the sack has drained, I tried to put him with the rest of the chicks but they peck at him so he's in isolation. Looks like a bulging eye with the sack collapsed over it.

I don't know that there's much you can do for it at this point. Keeping it isolated is a good idea. Hopefully it doesn't go blind in that eye or lose it.
