Is it possible her eye all looks one color because the pupil is so open that it looks like her eye color? (Compare to her other side.)

As for vaccinating, I don't believe you do the ducks but I could be wrong. Be sure by the way that you really give her good nutrition. Honestly, I'd give her some polyvisol vitamins and yogurt, maybe a little egg yolk to boost her immunity and whatnot.
You can do the same for your other birds, too - give them all a little boost in case they somehow get a bit of her bug - so they can fight it.
By the way, do them first in the day - and do her chores last. That way you're less likely to spread it.
