Fly predators and DE

I usually use DE around my coop, but I decided to try fly predators. How long do I have to wait before adding the predators to my coop so the DE doesn't kill them?

Wet DE, as outside in the damp soil, won't hurt anyone. I don't put the fly predator pupa in the coop, but around the outside after the chickens are inside for the night. They do help! Mary

I really hope they work! Need to get control of these flies
