My other hen noticed tonight is now in a clean infirmary. She has lots of fight, but the same swollen bottom and labored breathing and gooey green butt. If there is an indication that this is to spread through the flock, your wisdom is so welcomed.

So, as I figure out this problem. Are the girls eggs ok to eat?? Or dispose daily until this is confirmed?

I wish I had some great answers for you, but I'm not an expert or a vet.
If you have a vet that can prescribe antibiotics, they may help her.

For the eggs, I would think they are safe to eat as long as you follow proper handling and cooking methods.
