Flying with eggs?

Each time my sister comes to Florida from Las Vegas we send her home with eggs. The first time was 6 and this last time was 18. I print out a label with our Farm name and address on it and in big letters put "Live Fertile Hatching Eggs" and a breed and an egg count. I wrap the egg carton in one layer of bubble wrap and put this in a large zip lock. She takes them right through security and has never been questioned other than how many chickens does she have. I don't think that they would have the guts to confiscate eggs, especially fertile ones for fear of P.E.T.A. going nuts on them. And she flies all different airlines.

I have a friend who's husband brought home a rooster to keep overnight for a friend. He put the rooster in the basement. She has little kids and in the morning as they are sitting down to breakfast, up from the bowels of the basement they heard this rooster crowing. It echoed really loudly and sounded eery. She said she had never seen her three year old's eyes so big.
