Foam egg shippers?

I have had terrible hatches this year and have been blaming it on my bator (getting a new one, even), but reading several posts about everyone elses problems lately, maybe it was not bator after all as nearly all the eggs were shipped!

Mine shipped in the foam shipper were not broken and looked perfect. Not one hatched. I do not remember for sure if they even started to develop. Did not think much of it since nothing else did either ... I just figured it was my stupid bator.

That's it exactly... the eggs need to be able to "float" in the packing material, like they do when wrapped in big-bubble bubble wrap.

When I ship eggs, I put 2 layers of bubble wrap on the bottom of the box. Then roll each egg in bubble wrap, open at each end, with 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch sticking out beyond the egg. After they're laid in the box, I cover the top with 2 more layers of wrap. Never had a problem with this type of shipment, except the order that arrived with a totally crushed box.
