Foaming and Swollen Eye

Did you treat it or just wait it out?

I did treat it. I must confess, when I first saw my bird have this, I started freaking out. I was crying to my dad but he calmed me down and told me it was just a cold. Which, weirdly after I posted about this they got sick. Now they are sick with foamy eyes. I like jinx it every time I do this. I was typing about my chickens life, the healthiest, happiest chicken, I wrote that she was happy and never got sick. Then like a week or two later, she got sick and died.

Look up "Mycoplasma gallisepticum" and see if she shares any other symptoms with that. The only time I've ever encountered foamy eyes was on the M. gallisepticum, but I only ever saw that present as foam on the inner corner of the eye closest to the beak.
