Foaming mouth ducks?

Hello all! I have 3 welsh harlequin female ducklings and 2 of them foam at the mouth sometimes. Do they have a medical problem? It is just spity bubbles, I have never seen this before, please help me! They are all 5 days old. And cute as a button!

Sounds pretty normal for ducklings. They're still just getting used to using their bodies to eat and drink. In humans, it's spit-up.

Ohh! Ok, I was afraid that they might have rabies of something, but yes is does look like spit -up. Thank you very much!

So glad this thread existed! I just got some ducklings today, and one of my Mallards, Cupcake, started to make spit bubbles!

Yeah, they do it when you pick them up fast, jostle them... squeez them funny...
