Hi everyone!
Sorry if this was ever asked or addressed elsewhere, I am new here. I have two Swedish ducks and 16 chickens all 5.5 months old. Yesterday one of the ducks pooped a light brown foamy mess on the ground and again when she got into her pool. The one in the pool floated and had (looked like) mucus in it. It didn’t break up and sink like their normal poop. Wish I would have gotten a picture. Just wondering if anyone has seen this before and if it’s something to be concerned about? Not sure if it is something that happens before they starting to lay eggs of if she might be sick or if maybe it was something she ate (haven’t added or changed anything lately but they do free range). Other than this poop adventure they (both ducks) are acting and eating normal.
