Foamy eye?

I adopted some chicks and a young silkie from a farmer. The Silkie has developed a foamy eye with no other symptoms. I ordered some Doxy-Tyl powder for their water.

Anything else I need to do?

Do a saline rinse on it. Also make sure her ears aren't infected.
