Black Oil Sunflower Seeds. It it totally worth buying some. They can be fed to chickens, wild birds, goats, and rabbits.

Thanks for the info. I have some that I feed the wild songbirds - I'll try sprouting them. Are they ok for geese also?

I dont have geese but im sure itll be fine for them
