I've followed the BYC forums for a while but this is my first post because all of my previous questions have been answered!

In April I had a broody Buff Orpington and purchased 4 chicks from Tractor Supply to see if she would adopt them and cure her broodiness. (Buff Orpingtons seem to get broody a LOT).
Unfortunately one chick died the first night but the other three did fine and proud mama became very protective of her new kids.
Now they are about 5 months old and two look significantly different from the third. Two have large combs and wattles but the third's are very small.
I'm wondering if they are rooster/hen(s). Pictures attached.

All are female.

Thanks for all the responses. I'm happy I don't have to rename Kylo Hen, Bok Choi, or Hen Solo. It would have been great to have a real Foghorn Leghorn, but a rooster would have to migrate to my friend's farm, since we can't have them in the city in Seattle.
Their older sisters are a Blue Wyandotte, Black Sexlink, and an Orloff.
Incidentally, I have a webcam in the coop that's publicly accessible, just in case you aren't getting enough chicken:

I'm no expert, but these do not look like purebred Leghorns. They develop very large combs very early. Here's my cockerel that I named Foghorn Leghorn at 8 weeks. I would think yours would have developed a much larger comb by now. ?????
