Following Suit?

I have 9 Australorp ladies that will be 23 weeks old in 3 days. 2 ladies start laying a week ago and have been laying every other day since. If all your ladies are the same age, how long did the others take to follow suit?

My first laid at 16 weeks. My last at 24 weeks.
