It's a beautiful coop and looks secure. I keep my food and water outside. The birds prefer to be outside and it keeps the coop cleaner and dryer. My run is fully secure and I leave the pop door open all night with plastic strips over the opening, or, if it is very cold out, I close them up but let them out at 6 am. I have wire under my coop and an apron around the edges. The whole thing is enclosed by a fence and electric wire.
