Can anyone suggest a good food (or commercial feed) for nesting Canada Goose mothers?

I have two moms who are starting to get weary, they can't take their breaks because their husbands are no where to be found and they are very hungry.

I've been leaving lettuce, grass, corn and wheat bread but I feel I can do more.

Is there something I can leave at their nest for them to snack on?

Sitting geese spend an amazing amount of time on their nests, and they do lose a lot of weight, but they´ll always come off when they have to. don´t worry, The lettuce, grass and corn is fine, together with a bowl of water, just a few yards away from the nest will do great. They´ll eat it when they need to. Enjoy watching them!
