Does anyone else get the relatively new Food Network magazine? This month's feature is eggs. There's even a little pull-out book with 50 egg recipes, most of them fairly ordinary, but it has a couple of good ones like Moroccan Eggs.
Moroccan Eggs
Toast 1 cup chickpeas and some ground cumin and paprika in an ovenproof skillet with some olive oil.
Fill skillet with with hot marinara sauce
Crack in 6 eggs and bake at 350.F until the whites are firm (about 10-12mins)
