Food question

I bought two guinea fowls last week, so they are still in a large crate getting use to where they now are suppose to live (was told two weeks before letting them out)

My question is concerning food.....am I able to also feed them medicated chick starter food as well as scratch? I mix it with scratch to feed my adult chickens, and have to run into town to pick up more scratch, so all I have is medicated.

I am not really sure how old they are. I left one at the store, that I feel guilty about, since reading how social they are. I'm going to go back and buy that one two, so I'll find out how old they are. They "look like" adult birds to me.
