Food Value Question

I have some wild bird seed that is millet and black sunflower seeds. Is there any food value in this at all? Should I treat it entirely like scratch and only give it to them like a treat (which is what I have been doing) or is it something that I can give a little more freely?

It does have its' nutritional values but it shouldnt be used as a meal. I would give them a scoop or 2 a day just to scratch around at and continue to supply their normal chicken food.
