Foot and Leg problems

My chicken's foot is swollen and she closes her eyes when we examined it. She also won't put any weight on it. She is still eating and drinking. Is there anything we can give her for pain? Or even anything we can do to help the leg heal?

She also won't lay down and is standing on her good leg. We think she got in a fight with one of the roosters because last night when I brought her in there was a rooster dead, but there was no blood anywhere in the coop.
