Foot Dermatitis (Light Brahma Rooster)

Hello Community. One of my roosters has some raw skin and what looks like built-up patches of skin cells. They are only under the feathers on the front and top of his foot & legs...mostly at the feather follicle.

Bottom of feet & back of legs are fine. I've had a Light Brahma hen and other feather footed breeds... all without this issue. He has been dueling a bit with another rooster, but it's a few flighting bumps in the air and they're done.

Appreciate your recommendations to treat as I want to be sure he's comfortable and doesn't get an infection.
