Foot infection?? What’s wrong?

My beloved hen Clea has something wrong with her foot! We treated her for bumble foot a couple weeks ago and it seemed to clear up but now she’s got a swollen foot with a puss filled pocket? She also only poops water. Which is very strange to me. I have her in with my 4 week old bantams with constant water and food. What is wrong with her?

Whatever caused her bumble foot seems to push out on top of her foot now which is a good thing as you can soak her foot for 10-15 minutes and open up the lump ising a scalpel or biopsy punch to get all the hardened pus etc. out.

Regarding the diarrhea:
A sudden change of feed - in her case from layer feed to high protein chicken feed - often causes digestive issues.

And internal parasites cause diarrhea as well. When did you last deworm her?
