I noticed the other day that my rooster has lost his tallon on the middle toe of his left foot, it is swollen and black on the end. Don't know what happened to him but he is limping slightly and having somewhat of a problem holding on to his perch. He is eating and drinking just fine as well as doing the other things that roosters do. He is a rather large light Bramah and othrt than the limp I would not have taken a closer look to see the injury. I really want to get this healed so that no additional damage is incurred. Any ideas on what I can do?
