Foot issue: need some help with diagnosis

Hello all. This is my first post to the forum, but I've been a long-time reader.

The picture below is a foot on my 1.5 yr old Wyandotte roo (click for larger version). I noticed the protrusion on the underside as he was walking around a few days ago. The wart-like tissue does not seem to cause him any pain or discomfort and it is not warm to the touch.

I have some ideas of what this might be so I can treat it, but I'd like opinions from the resident experts here.

Sorry you've not gotten an answer. I see some have looked but not replied, so I suspect that (like me, unfortunately) they didn't know.

Thank you for the reply and link. It is an unusual looking bump isn't it? It doesn't appear to be bumble. I tried treating the pad of his foot with betadine, but it didn't respond. I suppose I'll keep an eye on it and update this thread if it changes or gets worse. If anyone else has advice, I'm all ears. Thanks again!
