Foot issues

I was gone for a few days and hubby watched the ducks. I come home to one not putting hardly any weight down on one and it looks like this. I put her in a Epsom salt n warm water bath and she put some more weight on it after she got out and she is in a small pen by herself . What else can I do and is it bumblefoot or something else? TIA

Nothing leaking out. The pic was taken right after taking her out of the bath tub.
