Foot/leg problem

I have a five week old chick who is having trouble walking. Her left foot overlaps her right foot when she goes to take a step and she falls. Sometimes when she sleeps her left foot is turned out a little bit. I have separated her from the other three chicks that I have. She is eating and drinking fine but does have watery stool. I don’t believe it is splayed leg because her legs aren’t going out to the side like pictures I have seen. Does anybody have any idea what is going on with her?

She may have a leg bone deformity such as varus or valgus deformity. Twisted tibia is another one. Those may happen with one leg or both. It is hard to tell at first when they are young, and it would help to see her standing and her legs from the front or back. If it is valgus deformity, there is no treatment. Her toe is crooked which can be common in chicks. Here is some reading which may help to understand the problem:
