Foot problem

Last night when picking up one of our hens we noticed she had a dark area on the bottom of her foot. We checked the others and they don't have any. I took a picture and just wondered what or if I should do anything to the area. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am fairly new to raising chickens. I got my first ones in May and they are Americauna/Easter Eggers.

Can't see the photo very well, but could possibly be bumblefoot - you can search the forum for pictures and advice. Never had it myself....
