Foot problems… Please Help! Bumblefoot???

2 of my guineas have been limping and I noticed one has 1 swollen toe (see pic) and the other has a swollen foot. (see pic) is this a concern and if so, what should I do? They are both hens.

Did you check the bottom of the foot and the toe pad for a brown-ish scab? Are your guinea hens overweight? If so, that maybe could lead to swollen feet.

Try giving them Epsom salts water baths . Put the warm water in a small tub and try to get them to stand in it.
 
If it is bumblefoot I would treat it like a chicken's foot and do what r2elk said. There are many good articles about bumblefoot out there!
