For a walk in coop, how would you put the door swing?

Should the people door open towards the chicken side or the people side

This is a still shot from the video tour that got me thinking about swinging in. You can see his door is raised above the bedding by a tall removable threshold....
This may cause an issue if there is no outer door to block weather. Wind/ rain/ snow could seep through that crack if it doesn't seal fully. Rain will hit the door then run down and seep right in. I had that problem with my coop, but it was hitting the front wall, then running down right into the door and into the coop. I thought they were splashing their water on the floor until I was outside w/ them when it was raining hard. But it depends on where you live... Southern states that normally have dryer weather wouldn't be as concerned w/ that as us up north would. I think it's interesting to see how chicken coops vary based on location b/c we all deal with different issues.

Swing out so the door is not hitting chickens, pushing against the bedding, or interfering when you clean out the coop. Also, make it so the coop floor is level with the door opening. This makes it easier to clean out the coop, which I do with a snow shovel, broom, and wheelbarrow.

Double doors. That is an excellent Idea. Open just the top to throw in treats. Peak in. Nice. Add that to the spring upgrade list for the run.

Yup, double doors. Once a chicken is successful escaping into freedom, they can become ballistic missiles when that door opens. They're really fast coming out of the door.
