I am looking for "official input" here...

Since we all obviously want to get the word out about what a great addition a chicken or two (or 10) is to the "average person's" life, and since BYC is OBVIOUSLY the way to go for info, support, and, well, just a whole lotta FUN, I was wondering if it makes sense to have some BYC stuff on hand (info, T-shirts, bumper stickers, WHATEVER) when members are out in public doing some sorta "chicken affair"... I guess Chickenstocks were the first thing that came to mind.

I don't wanna open a can of worms here, and I am inquiring in only the most positively-intended way, but I am curious as to what the limitations (and options) might be... On one hand, BYC can't be liable for the actions of independant members, but on the OTHER hand, it could be a lotta fun "spreading the word"....

?????????????????????????????????????????????????

Would an authorized "point person" make sense for approved events? Or is this an unrealistic tangle of logistics? Or potential hurt feelings?

Just something that popped into my mind... it may already have been addressed in the past... (???)

Thanks! Suellen
