For all faiths that believe that God is good. Praise Report.

When I have gratitude in my life, it seems that there is more and more to be grateful for. Even when situations seems dark, there is the light and love of God which brightens all. . . and the impossible happens!

I have many praises to sing about my Lord, Jesus Christ, today! He is working in the lives of my family in such a way that one could only call it miracles! Also performing similar miracles in my work place, among my co-workers.

Awesome thread!!!!!!! Thanks for posting Debi and everyone else!

I've been where you are too, husband laid off for over 8 months with me only working 2 days a week, no other money coming in and still everything paid for at the end of the month. People we barely knew coming forward and offering extra work on the side. Sometimes finding money in our account or getting our utility payments lowered, things like that.

Now thankfully he's working overseas and though I miss the heck out of him...he's blessed to have that job!

God is so good!!!

Psalm 91:4
He will cover you with His feathers. He will shelter you with His wings. His faithful promises are your armor and protection.

Thanks Deb. You are the salt of the earth. It's always good to count our blessings because, truly, things could get worse.

I'm making less than half of what I was making in 2004.

Thank the Good Lord for savings or we would be in some serious trouble.

I'm just going to keep the faith that we can keep on going and that somehow the economy will turn around.

This generation that has been given so very much is going to have to sacrifice and come to terms with the overspending of the past.

Folks won't be able to retire and get Soc. Security until they are 72 or 75. Disability will have to be harder to get on... some folks are going to have to go off it and find a job. Food stamps are going to have to be scaled back. Our government has got to quit helping the entire world and spending will have to be cut tremendously. Things will truly need to CHANGE. And it won't be easy for any of us, BUT if we keep our faith in God and we put ourselves out there and serve others and truly make finding work a full time job, things will eventually turn around.

Ken is a good man... work is right around the corner for him and the Lord will bless him with employment before we know it.

I just want to tell you all how much you have blessed me today with these awesome testimonies!! You all rock, for Jesus! There is a song called "God is Good All The Time" I'd like to share with you at:
I hope it blesses you as much as you all have blessed me today!
God bless and keep you all!
Vince

Thank you SOOO much for this, because is not feeling like a good providing man right now, and it is really messing with his mind. He is enrolling in school, which is a two fold blessing. He can get an education, and get grants to help us get by.

I keep encouraging him to go get food stamps. We can easily qualify. And we NEED that help. Unfortunately, we may get turned down for reasons, in this state, are obvious.
