Oh, if I could I'd do chicken math and get 100. But I have a tiny house that only holds 4-5 hens and really, three hens give us more than enough eggs. And do enough damage to my garden. I have two who are 13 months old. One BO and one Jersey Giant. LOVE LOVE LOVE them both but especially, the BO.

So I think I'll actually buy 4 chicks and raise them knowing I can only keep two. That way, I can sell the pair and know they won't be lonely when they go to their new homes. And then I'll be up to four hens which is the right number for our situation.

But if I could, I'd have 100 BO's.
